Above are the current Advance tax and Capital Gain Tax  (CGT) applicable on the transaction of  Residential plots in DHA City Karachi. Advance tax is applicable on Buyer and the Seller will pay the CGT. However the transfer fee and the CVT Capital value tax which is payable by the Buyer are remain same Rs.75 Per Square Yard CVT and Rs.75 Per Square Yard Transfer fee.
