Yes, the price should be 310+Profilt…. however,,, the Installment calculation here does not seem to be correct as the “Discount” will be given on the last isntallment as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the back of the booking form, so there will be approx installment of 98 thousand but number of installments will be 14.5 instead of 16… 🙂 Enjoy !

Thanks for sharing this informative information but i want to know payment which people submitted on the time of registration,as Bahria announced that they adjust that amount at the time of booking,as well as i want to know why Byer offer less amount to seller right now without adding discount price??is there any reason to slow market??while many people purchase registration slip @180 to 200k in open market,but the plot price of 125 after confirmation has been very less right now…we face huge loss..what your suggestion in this regard sir??
