Project developers claim that the possession of the plots will be given to its owners within a time period of 6 months.

The total price of the commercial plot is Rs 17,000,000 whereas the booking can be done for Rs 7,000,000. The remaining four instalments will be of  Rs 25,00,000 for a plot of size 125 Square Yards. Some of the features which will be made part of the project are as follows:
