Homes are available at installments. 200 Sq-Yards Homes are now open for booking and interested parties can now approach Dolmen Estate for registration. Since the Homes available are of 200 Square Yards, they will be allotted on the first come first serve basis. So, gear up before your favorite Home is already taken away.
Procedure of Payments
The booking begins from a simple down payment of Rs.1,800,000 whereas the remaining amount can then be paid off in Eight easy installments. Project developers claim that the possession of the Villa (Home) will be given to its owners within a time period of 2 years.
The total price of the Home is Rs 7,500,000 whereas the booking can be done for Rs 1,800,000. The remaining Eight installments will be of Rs 712,500.
