Procedure of Payments

The booking begins from a simple down payment of Rs.1,800,000 whereas the remaining amount can then be paid off in Eight easy installments. Project developers claim that the possession of the Villa (Home) will be given to its owners within a time period of 2 years.

The total price of the Home is Rs 7,500,000 whereas the booking can be done for Rs 1,800,000. The remaining Eight installments will be of  Rs 712,500.
