DHA  City  Karachi  to Receive 25% of  Future Installments on Sector 3, 5, and 7 Transfers

DHA City Karachi, from 5^th August and onwards, will collect 25% of future installments on all plot transfers in sector 3, 5, and 7.

Development work at the DHA City (DCK) site is underway, and projects – watch towers, boundary wall and track, main entrance gate, DHA City (DCK) Central Facility building, DHA City (DCK) Directorate Office, access road, and staff accommodation – are sure to be completed by the year ends. To make DHA City  (DCK) available for living by 2016, short term development projects are in action too. There are plans to build a health care city, meeting international standards, and a one of its kind theme park in the vicinity.
