DHA City Karachi – Latest Payment Policy Changed w.e.f. 1st July, 2017
With effect from 01st July 2017, The policy for handling installments has been changed by DHA City Karachi.
For Sector 3, 5 and 7, DHA City Karachi previously took 25% installments on balance amount. however, they have changed their policy and now DHA City Karachi will be collecting all remaining installments for these sectors at the time of transfer.

In fact this plot was allotted to son M Saad Khattak
I was allotted 200 yds commercial plot in phase 13 sector D, initially payment scdule was based 34 instalments which works to be Rs 100,000 Per quarter, subsequently, this amount was decreased to Rs 50,000, per quarter on the request of members in jan 2015, however recently a letter has been received in which surcharged has been levied on balance amount and reduction of intalments has been disregarded.No of time DHA City auth was approached to provide fresh schdule of payment on the basis of reduced payments, on each pament the fact was highlighted in covering letter, but the requests and revised policy was not taken into account, kindly give a fresh lookand waive off surcharge levied on the socalled delayed payment which actually are not delayed payments, rather paid in line with change in policy placed on DHA web site.
