Payment Plan Of Bahria Town Karachi is from four to five years.five years only in case of commercial plots otherwise all three remaining categories have four years Instalment Plan.Down payment is more or less 10% of total price except in case of commercial plots wherein it is almost 20% of the total price. Bahria announced that the discount from (150,000 to 500,000) will be adjusted in the last instalment. There are a total of 16 quarterly instalments in case of four years instalment plan and 20 instalments in case of five years instalment plan.

7th May is the Last date for the payment of 1st Instalment.
