    actually malik riaz has extracted 40 billion from bt to build a tower in dubai.this is a fact known to the real estate agents only.prices of behria town plots are going down,for all projects,not only BTK…

    very rightly said by Propert365 “market price react to demand and supply”. Most of the people have done mistake by booking plots more than their budget. They were expecting limited plots would be allotted and those would be in demand immediately after balloting, so they would dispose their plots on good profit. Now every one in the market is holding at least one plot.
    So great number of sellers with no buyer in the market at present. Prices were ought to go down.
    * once big investors would pump in money and buy plots on low rates to ease up novices retailed investors.
    * Rates of Bahria Town is still comparatively very low from other so many areas of Karachi. As soon as Bahria Town is developed, it would be a worth living place. Karachiites, who are living in far flung areas like Steel mill, Gulshan-e-Hadeed and other noth most and extreme western portions of karachi would still prefer to buy plot and live at bahria town. At present 125 yard plot @ 270000 is not available at any good society/ colony in Karachi. So, once Bahria Town is livable, why not a common Karachiite will prefer to live there. The prices will certainly jump to new heights that time..
    It is now the matter of money that who holds his property until that time and who is short of budget to dispose it off at this lower ebb of the market.

  8. nothing market react ,b/c you learn 5x money by artificially raised prices, u got that land on a rate of 1 lacs per canal,and sell to make fake mrket up to 5x than u bought.
    many many peoples and intelligent investors said that its totally fraud. u have 4 cases in court,then after 7 year mr .so called malik riaz will scape dubai, poor peoples will commt suicide

    The prices for BTK properties goes down continuosly.I want to know that what is the reason behind this. Production work is in progress. People are taking so much interest in buying the property. Still there is a decline in price everyday. WHY????
