    Some of my investors have purchased Bahria Town Karachi 125 Sq. Yds files in Rs. 275000/- But now its rate has decreased upto 30%.
    What is your Analysis either they should hold these files or Sell it. Please also give your suggesion regarding other projects?

      tell your clients to hold the file till atleast 4 to 6 installments then it is expected the rate will be better.
